How to order your certificates


Current Designer Certificate Clients: Welcome back! You will notice the changes in both the website design and the way you will order your certificates. Please note that orders are not currently instant.

New to Designer Certificates? Welcome. Please read the information below for information on purchasing, ordering and delivery times.

Please follow the instructions below.

  • Pay for your certificate(s)
  • Complete the Grandparents Order Form on this page.
  • If you use a PayPal account that is not in the name you have added to the ‘Your Name’ field, please add also the PayPal account holders name to allow me to match payment to your order.

CERTIFICATES ARE NO LONGER INSTANT
Please note that your certificates are not currently instant as they have been in the past. While the new ordering system is being developed I will complete your certificates manually and email the PDF to you.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR YOUR CERTIFICATES
Delivery of completed certificates to your inbox will depend on when you place your order.

  • 7am Monday to 5pm Friday delivery to your inbox within 24 hours.
  • 5pm Friday through the weekend to 7am Monday delivery to your inbox Monday by end of business.
  • Long weekends (WA) delivery to your inbox by end next business day.
